The Intolerable Acts, known in the American colonies as a series of punitive laws passed by the British Parliament in 1774, were a response to the Boston Tea Party and growing colonial resistance. Eventually, it led to the American Revolution, and changed the world forever.
We are experiencing similar punitive taxes, fees, and bureaucratic overreach. Below, based on what I have experienced and what the community has expressed, are the California Assembly District 63 “Intolerable Acts” of 2025.
Make no mistake—our Assembly District shines as one of the state’s finest. But if we let corrupt players, toxic policies, and soft leaders run rampant, we’ll spiral worse than the big cities. Without the economic buffers equal to the big cities, our communities face a bleaker fate unless we act now to stop this erosion and demand fierce, accountable leadership to protect our future.
LACK OF YOUTH INVESTMENT
I’m running because enough is enough. As a youth coach, I see our kids denied practice fields while politicians funnel money into reactive fixes instead of proactive solutions like new fields and after-school programs. Prevention, not reaction, is the answer.
WAREHOUSES
The unchecked proliferation of massive warehouses in our communities is strangling our infrastructure and quality of life. These sprawling complexes, often built without regard for local needs, clog our already strained roads—now burdened with tolls and fees—with heavy freight trucks that shred mismanaged roads.
POOR LEADERS
Our leaders fail us. Many lack business acumen, education, or even residency in our district. WE are here to bring bold, aggressive leadership that demands accountability and delivers results. WE NEED TO BE CIVICALLY ENGAGED!
UTILITY COSTS
Utility rates are bleeding us dry—skyrocketing electric, water, and insurance costs fueled by mismanaged water boards, unchecked corporate pensions, and a government that shrugs off its duty to clear brush, which raise insurance and risk. We won’t accept excuses.
INFLEXIBLE SCHOOLS
Our schools act as if they own our kids. They’re here to SERVE families, not control them. WE will ignite competition in education, giving parents options and recalibrating the system to prioritize our children’s futures.
TOLL ROADS
Freeways? No longer free. Tolls, taxes, and fees siphon our wealth to out-of-district contractors and investors. I refuse to let our money be extracted while our infrastructure crumbles under mismanaged freight traffic from sprawling warehouses—warehouses built while our communities lack essentials.
CORRUPTION
Poor leadership festers here, tied to corruption, lobby money, and barriers to civic participation. OUR Assemblywoman before Mr. Essayli piled on taxes, car registration fees, regulations, suffocating us under state overreach. When Mr. Essayli vacated the seat, I jumped—establishment approval be damned. They’ve tried to silence me, proving exactly why I’m ready to fight.
“LET’S FOCUS ON WHAT WE HAVE IN COMMON…”
This isn’t about Democrat or Republican. It’s about the corrupt versus the uncorruptible—us. Join me to reclaim our district, restore accountability, and build a future where our communities thrive.
